Trilinks Dining
Trilinks dining options are centered at Marlwood Golf and Country Club. The choices at Marlwood range
from a Fine Dining menu in our County Dining Room to fresh restaurant offerings in the lounge. Either
choice provides quality food prepared with local ingredients. We take pride in using seasonal ingredients
to keep the regulars excited about the menus. Our Chef's presentations and served flavours are always
well received by the diners.
The Country Dining Room is very charming and accommodates groups up to 60. The focal point is the
fireplace located at the head of the room. It adds a warm cozy atmosphere which is felt throughout the
entire clubhouse. The Dining Room is open to all of the public by reservation. If you are having a
dinner out or a small get together our Country Dining Room is the perfect opportunity for great evening!
The lounge offers the same great quality of food and presentation. But you can expect in much
faster so you can get back to your game of golf or home. The fully stocked bar is at your finger tips
so you can enjoy a draft beer while you watch the game on one of the plasma TVs. The lounge is
the best choice for large social functions that wish to relax and socialize having a good time. A second
popular feature is the dance floor. Anyone wishing to have a wedding reception, this is best spot in town!
The lounge's capacity is about 120 without a dance and about 90 keeping the dance floor available.

Our Head Chef is Chris Bishop, born in Oxford England. He trained in England and moved on to
Australia where he worked for several years. Later he moved on to New Zealand. His career down
under included about 7 years where he ran the food operations at a high volume upper scale restaurant.
Here we are lucky to have Chris settled where he enjoys snowboarding in the offseason and works
very hard in the golf season to keep the food fresh and new for the customers.
